SAFETY SPECS

If you work in an environment that requires you to use protective eyewear such as goggles or a mask then you may be entitled to have a sight test funded by your employer. If you need your glasses to see your work properly then your employer may also provide you with prescription protective eyewear (Safety Spectacles).

Many employers have a scheme in place to provide funding for employees who need a sight test and safety spectacles. We can supply safety spectacles from all leading manufacturers including:

Norville

Bollé

Parmalee

If your employer uses one of these schemes then you will not need to pay for your sight test.  If your employer does not use one of these schemes then we will provide you with full documentation, including receipts, so that you can claim the cost of your sight test and safety spectacles back from your employer.

We can also provide safety spectacles for the self employed or DIY enthusiasts.
